Now, perhaps I am missing something; but, it’s my understanding that the so-called “Morning After Pill” (or EBC) is available Over-the-Counter.  So, why the question of availability at age 14, 15, 16, etc?  Surely, every 14 year-old knows an older person (maybe even her boyfriend?) who can buy it for them.  Don’t some girls carry condoms?

Let’s keep it simple:  how different is this from the College Sophomore who has a Senior buy a six-pack of beer for them?  As the Republican Party always says, the Government should stay out of people’s lives.
