Surely you have seen some of the media coverage of the bombing at yesterday’s Boston Marathon. It was a horrendous situation–two bombs exploding in the middle of one of our major cities, three deaths and many of the reported 176 wounded are in critical condition, and the disruption that it brought to our peaceful lives.

When things like this happen, it is good to put them into some sort of perspective. Just think of people who live in Syria, Israel, Iraq, etc., where events like yesterday’s bombing have become somewhat of an everyday occurrence.

So, by all means, keep the Dead and Wounded of Boston in your thoughts. But, do give some thought to the Peoples of the World, for whom such horrors have been going on for years, or even decades. Remember them too!
