TOO BIG TO FAIL

What is different, if anything, with our Financial System now, as compared to 2007-8?  Perhaps the Too-Big-to-Fail Banks might have a bit more Capital; however, do they have enough Not to Fail?  The Regulatory System seems to be ruled by the lobbyists for the Financial Industry–like it’s a game of Simon Says and the Regulators have to say “May I”, for instance, regulate you?  Lastly, what controls have been instituted, if any, to overcome all the World-Wide Inter-Locking Relationships among Banks, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, etc?  It seems like the Worldwide Domino-Effect is still in Play.
